I was going thru an old Tactical Knife mag. and ran across an artical on H.I. At the time that I bought the mag I was not familiar with H.I. but was very interested in Khukuris. As I reread the artical I noticed a pic. of a 20" sirupati Other than the wood handle and scoll work on the butt cap the blade looked identical to the visiting Kami 17.5" sirupati I received awhile back. What really surprised me was the ingraving onthe spline was the same. Does the ingraving represent an area, a religous meaning or style of blade? I thought they were just kind of created as the went .
