Little update: Had surgery Wed the 12th and still sore as hell. Feeling better about every 12 hrs or so. Gent, what ever ya do pay attention to how you lift things and take care of your self. Hernia surgery is NO fun!!!

Hey Russ, sorry to hear about the hernia man; that can be very painful. I wish I could help but I'm studying to be a dentist, not a surgeon! If you ever get a toothache I may be of some assistance...
