Initial Sketch Of SARsquatch. . . Check Out This CAD Drawing!!!

This sketch looks VERY good.

I would prefer a little more of a spear point more similar to the SJTAC's blade. And I am not sure about the thumb ramps as most (a Large number) have not worked well for my thumbs in the past. Although, the Swamp Rat RMD works well with my thumb forward of the ramp and the HRLM is very similar - it just needed the thumb recess shallowed out and slightly elongated. Also, I don't personally have any interest in thumb notches and would rather not have them. But, otherwise very good looking design.

I love that it will be convexed.

That is fantastic! And THANK YOU for the guard :thumbup: :thumbup:

But all this is scaring me ---- The Muk, mini-Muk, SAR and a mini-SAR too??? When, where, how long??? This is going to require some careful financial planning on my part ;)

Should I just put my credit card on file at Busse HQ? Then I can just squeal when I see a new knife, and I'll get dinged when it's ready.

:)

Here are the specs:

Convex edge:eek::D:thumbup:

Holy cow?!? That looks awesome! I can't wait for that one to arrive!

No need to change a thing!

I'd like to see a collector version with a .250"+ thickness too!! it'd be a shame to release this beauty in a thin config only!

I have to agree with robstar, we need a fatty as well. Maybe .310" would even be better!!! You know Jerry, you can't leave out us fatty lovers!!!

I really like how this one has the finger choil in good and close to the normal grip withou wasting much space beteween - so-as not wasting much usable blade edge.
