How hard is it to work with alligator?

If you use the belly its not to bad but use the bumps takes a lot of work to make it fit. If you do a inlaid there is a lot of grinding to make it smooth to fit. KT

How do you wrap that lacing on the edge where the seem is? It's very cool!!
