inlay question

quick question, how much thickness does it add to the knife itself? going to get a large and would like micarta but will get regular if it adds a lot to the sides. Hope this question makes sense. lol

i have a small micarta, very little difference. the micarta has perfect grip... for me anyway....

update to this finally found a video and yeah it just adds a little too much 'roundness' for my liking. closing thread.
