Light is in good working condition and has been used very little. USA only, no trades. I'm not really a "lighthead" so if you have any technical questions I doubt if I would be able to answer them. I will even put batteries in it for you. I believe the idea is that the incandescent head is brighter whereas the LED head assembly provides a longer run time.
