Listen to this customer service story:
Alittle over a week ago a coworker asked to borrow my X5 flashlight and dropped it on a concrete floor and its stopped working :grumpy: I was upset as I use this light on a daily basis and knew I couldn't go long without another but accidents happen.
I got online and posted some questions in regards to other models and also asked for info on Inova's website. I was given a e-mail address to their customer service and told not to hold my breathe. Well I e-mailed them and my expierence went something like this:
-I e-mailed them on the 29th (Saturday)
-I received a reply with instructions to return light on the 31st (Monday)
-I sent the light out priority mail on Wednesday the 2nd
-Today Monday the 7th, I had a brand new light with fresh batteries in my mail box.
So that means that they sent out a replacement on Friday, the same day the received my package. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
In the e-mail I received I was informed turn around could be 2-4 weeks. In the letter I sent in with my light I explained how I use it daily and would appreciate it if they could be as swift as possible. Looks like they cared about this customer and I sincerely appreciate it!!!
I can see some more Inova's finding there way to me in the near future
