Ins and outs on ultrasonic cleaner

I normally run mine multiple cycles, the max time I can run mine is 8 min I think. Your needs are going to depend on the strength of your detergent and how dirty the item your cleaning is.

Not to further complicate your tool purchases but another cleaning tool I frequently use is a hand steamer. It will clean a folder in a hurry, especially blood and grease from cleaning game. I use it on a lot of stuff.
So which is quicker and or better for cleaning a really dirty folder.. your ultrasonic or hand steamer ? Have a link to either that you own or recommend?

Thank you all for the helpful info.. If I’m looking at either of these.. does anyone have personal experience or recommendations?

I'm not in the shop right now, but it has a 10"-12" long tank.
Plenty big for most shop use.

BTW- never put your fingers or hand in an ultrasonic cleaner while it's running. It can damage your joints-and it hurts!
