For a couple of reasons. I have difficulty distinguishing what I am viewing under LED light. I know some are better than others, but it is an issue I have had. It is also very difficult to read when I am out and about under the blazing white light. Also, the light was the one that Whiskey River happened to have for sale in the Exchange.

In that case it might be worth it to use the Malkoff warm tint drop in. Ican lights are not something I would use day to day particularly because of the bulb and battery life.
