Inserting Audio/Video File?

I have a Windows Media Audio/Video file (392 Kb) that I would like to post. The file came to me as an email attachment. I tried dragging it to the "New Thread" screen, but it is not accepted. Is there anyway to post this on the forum. Believe me, it's worth it.

I hosted the ones I posted on Photobucket and then just paste the link in.
