A couple of questions:

What's the weight on that thing? And what kind of lock does it use? Thanks!
 
Those bearings are nice, I don't get why they would ever use an un-captured design. I bet that lock is tough as nails too.
 
I got mine today.

Quite an interesting lock design.

It took me some time to get used to flipping it open and making sure the lock engaged.
 
Thanks for ripping your's apart! I love mine, but Wife got it and is holding it hostage until my birthday in May.
 
Nice photos! I can already hear someone complaining about the modest size of the pivot pin.
 
Caged bearings? Sweet. Are the clip screws tapped directly into aluminium though? That can be a problem.
 
That little back spacer piece that the pocket clip screws into is steel. I got a magnet to stick to it.
 
Why did this thread get moved out of General discussion? It's about the inner workings of a new product that many people might be interested in. There is no talk of maintenance whatsoever.
