Whatever you get, be careful of the increased height below the heel. If the heel cups on the shoe have molded around your foot, then raising the heel more than a couple mm can give you blisters right below the achilles (ask me how I know ). Make sure to do a couple miles with the new insoles before you toss the old ones.
efahl, thanks for the tip! i put the new insoles in tonight, and im going to take a quick mile walk and continue to break them in from there. i felt inside the shoe with no insole and it didnt feel like the shoe was cupped yet, but ill keep any eye on that.
