Instructions for posting pictures and pay level needed?

I have been looking all over and cannot seem to find how I post pictures and what pay level I need to be at to do so. any help is appreciated.

Bladeforums procedures go in Service & Support, so I moved this there.

You can post pictures without a paid membership. Set up an account at www.photobucket.com . When you download pictures to this account, they will provide you with 4 different URLs for each picture. Choose the bottom one, with the [ img ] tags attached. Then copy this and paste it into your post where you want the picture to appear.

See at the head of the page: Upgrade your forums experience, and help support this site. This will give you paid membership options. Even Basic, the least of these, will allow you some space for attachments, that is, downloading pictures directly from your computer.
