Insufficient priviledges

Good evening,

I wanted to post on my friend, Stacy Apelt's thread, but it indicated that I did not have sufficient privileges to post. Can you tell me why this is. I am a paid up dealer and was under the impression that I was not limited in where I could post. This was in Around the Grinder, which is a sub forum of Shop Talk.
