Insufficient Privlidges to post

I'm attempting to post in the exchange however I'm unable to because I it tells me I have insufficient privileges. I read the rules and it states that I have to be a paid member to advertise but I'm not looking to advertise, only purchase. I'd be grateful for any help you could offer.

You should be able to post in somebody's sale thread as a registered member.
You just are not able to start a thread.

Sometimes issues are caused by corrupted session cookies.
To clear your BF session cookies.
Log out of the site.
Then clear your browser's cookies.
Then shut down the browser.
Then fire up the browser and log in.

If that does not work we'll have to ask Spark about it.

Also, double check that the ad in which you are trying to post is open for replies. If the seller closed/locked it, you'll get that same message if you try
