I have for sale this full tang integral gyuto,240×50mm,
Hand forged from 1" round silver steel BS 1407 similar to spicy white 26c3
Red malley burr handle with red micarta liners
Thickness of spine at heel 2.4mm
Spine halfway 1.7mm
Spine 1 cm from tip 0.7mm
1cm above edge at heel 1.0mm tapering to 0.6mm near tip
This knife is a laser,light yet feels solid in hand
Balancee at pinch point where spine meets bolster
Convexed edge taken to near zero then sharpened to 15 DPS on a 6000grit whetstone
Blade hand sanded to 600 grit
Spine,tang and bolster sanded to 2000 grit
Comes with maple saya and brass pin (pin not in picture)
Asking €250 plus 15 shipping.i pay the extra if it goes far
