Integral Knord

Here's the mahogany scabbard. The interior channel is straight, not curved. It pulls straight out with just a bit of friction as it seats all the way in. It comes out quick and easy. It can also be worn on either side, from the hip or from a neck strap.

Beautiful blade Tai! I hope you don't mind a potentially dumb newbie question...in the first 'freshley forged' pic it looks like a full tang piece, but in the subsequent finished pics with the handle fitted it looks like it isn't a full tang. Did that change along the way, or am I missing something obvious?

The tang doesn't run all the way to the back. It's a single piece of wood with a slot that slips over the tang, which is epoxied, pinned and wrapped over.
