Integral chef with "buttress" bolster, 150 layers burl pattern steel in 15n20/1080. Curly carbon fiber over blue G10 handle frame.
8-3/4" long cutting edge, 2-3/8" tall at heel, .085" max spine thickness, slight convex flat grind for food release down to .003" at edge. 8.5 oz total, balances at pinch grip. Tempered to Rc 61-62.
