This Classy Santoko's Chef Knife has for spec's;
1 piece integral construction hand forged out of 5/8" diameter W2 bar stock.
A Thin and Minimally distal tapered blade with a full tang construction.
Cocobolo Rosewood handles.
Blade is 6." tip to bolster and 11.25" overall length. Blade height is 1.5"
Not Dishwasher Proof
Use vegetable oil to protect the blade.
Razor Sharp!!!

I like the pointy tip (like the one above). Makes piercing any food packaging easier. Please send me a private message if you'd like to talk chef knives some more as to not offend the seller.
