A medium size kitchen knife thin and very sharp

Forged from 1095 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my shop with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain pattern throughout the blade
Flat to a slight convex grind
Hand sanded to a 400 grit finish
Professionally stabilized and dyed spalted maple handle
Overall length: 10 1/2 inches
Blade: 6 inches
