I've been wanting to play around with these for a while, it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. this one is made of 440C, i don't usually use 440C but it's all i had that was thick enough.
Specs:
Blade - 2.7" x .102 thick
Handle - 3.25" x .25 thick
Overall - 5.95"
Sheath - Leather pocket sheath, could be made into a neck sheath.
Price - $200 shipped (cont. U.S.)

YES, very nice Les. although perhaps not your intention, i think it would also be an excellent knife for the kitchen as 440C is very rust resistant (i.e. "stainless"), especially if edge has a thin grind. an excellent kitchen knife is among the most useful of all. roland
