Under Kniferesearch there are a group of people that are studying geometries and materials since several years.
Sometime unprofessional test are closer to real situation.
In order to understand the limit of the knife, sometime you have to abuse of it. All the producers do it.
Of course they are not enough.

These are some of the professional test for the new KR knife "Legion" :
- hardeness test
- detection of the austenitic grain size
- Charpy test
- leak test sharpening with Catra machine
