I don't believe I've ever posted in the Buck forum before, but I do own a few Buck knives. I have an old finger grooved 110 that my father gave me, an Omni 12 point fixed blade with black handle, a 650 Nighthawk that I bought last month, a black-scaled Buck/ Strider 889, and a 305 slipjoint. My favorite of all of these is the 110. Normally I'm more of a "tactical" knife guy, so one would think the Nighthawk or 889 would be my favorite, but something about that 110 speaks to me. Anyway, I'm rambling, so I'll just get straight to the point. I just visited the local pawnshop today, and asked to see some of their knives. Most of them were cheap Pakistani pieces 'O crap, but I did see one Buck in there. I asked to see it and saw that it was a 124 fixed blade with the longer handle, rivets, and wood scales. It had a black leather sheath and the blade was in good condition with no rust and a decently sharp edge with no chips or rolling. The lady behind the counter said they wanted $65.00 for it. My question is, should I pull the trigger, or are they asking too much? I've done a search, but can't find any info on how much these are worth. Thanks in advance.
