Do you know where can I purchase on-line a Charge TTi that comes in the plastic clam packaging (as opposed to the cardboard box)? This will be a present and needs to be packaged in the plastic blister...

Try E-bay, they have some gift tins and clamshell packing. You can also ask the sellers if they can get you one in the clamshell packing.
