I am interested in Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and the current views/attitudes of their inhabitants toward ownership/carrying of weaponry, and self-defense in general. Upcoming legislation interesting as well.
Vermont is a lovely place. You go into a store, you buy a gun, and you can carry it concealed. No problem. Probably not coincidently, it has one of the lowest crime rates in the Union.
