When reprinting an article originally written by someone else, it's good form to credit the author, and if lifted from the internet, to provide the URL.

Many of these articles also specify the conditions under which you may or may not reprint them in their entirety and how they expect to be credited.

I don't know if you should erase it. In the future, self-defense material is probably best posted on the Practical Tactical forum, though.

Don't steal somebody's work and paste it in here -- just post a link to it. Before you even do that see if there's already a thread on it. If you see something that gets you all excited and you feel you gotta post it on Bladeforums right away, six or eight people have probably beat you to it. (Especially if it's the latest idiocy from the British government.)

Anything on self-defense belongs in Practical Tactical.
