Interesting Roadside Billboard

Today during lunch I drove to downtown Portland to pick up an Ontario machete and noticed an interesting billboard on my way back. It was a picture of a large classic looking bowie knife on a white background with "The Wests original meat processor" written below. This is a large billboard on the left side of I5 near the top of the Sylvan curves as you go north. I am unsure of who put it there and for what, but I thought it was a cool sight amongst the other BS. Anyone else see this or anything like it?
