Franks cane and rush supply have always done me good for my caning needs. Thier customer service is pretty good, and if you talk to them about your needs they can probably steer you in the right direction. Ive heard good things about www.bambooandrattan.com, but have never actually bought things from them. I ordered a catalog, but the darn thing didnt list any prices for the stuff I needed, twas all call for pricing.
Anyways, worse comes to worse, you could always try growing your own bamboo. The stuff grows to full height (some 20 feet), in about a year. People say you can actually hear and see it grow in many occasions. There are many varieties that will grow in the US, and there even some that can stand a harsh winter. Only problem is that the stuff grows like weeds, and once you plant it, you may end up with much too much bamboo.
