Interesting video

I have hiked close to depths before on shallow roads, but only on some real ground under my feet. But when you see that already many parts of the road have big holes in it and are not to be trusted, I don't think someone would be able to pursue me walking there the way he did, without cordage or other extra safety.

From the wiki:
Many people have lost their lives on the walkway in recent years. After four people died in two accidents in 1999 and 2000, the local government closed the entrances. However, adventurous tourists still find their way into the walkway.

You can surely say that man has guts, and no fear of heights at all.

If you build it, they will come...and walk all over it. The man is either an idiot, or he has a lot of faith in both his balance and the tensile strength of old concrete with holes in it.

sketchy, but if you pulled it off be the thrill of a life time

I think it would be either way. On the one hand it would be a real rush if you made it. If you didn't, well, it'd be the last thrill of a lifetime.

Scary stuff!
If the walkway was secure i think i could handle the heights but the thing is any of it could collapse under your feet at any moment!
If they restore it i would love to walk it, but as it is right now the "crumble" factor is too high for me.

i've done some stupid daredevil things in my day but that would take the cake!

Yes sir! That is Spain. I have been climbing here a for a while but mostly arround my town and in Picos de Europa and Pirinees... we may give El Chorro a shot one of these days. That path was created to aid in the construction of a dam. Now it is closed due to bad conservation but it is used often by climbers during their aproaches.
