Danelle -- I always read great stories on how your department handle warranty and non-warranty services to US-based owners. I'd like to ask how can we non-US based owners avail of your warranty services?

Just send it in through your regular mail, and be sure to insure it. Enclose a note with the problem and a return address inside the box.

Thanks, Danelle. I assume you pay for the return shipment cost?

Have you had problems of lost return shipment to an international customer?
 
Yes, we will pay the return shipping, as always. We never really have any more problems than with local mail, which is few if any.
