What is the process? Will I receive a confirmation of my order? I ordered something and paid, but have never heard back.

Unless I missed shipping something you're order should be shipped as of yesterday. Email me your real name at jeff@ratcutlery.com and I will verify this for you. We got behind on shipping orders due to being out of the country. We typically don't email confirmations, we just send the product.
