I may be paranoid, but I PRACTICE cutting things with my left hand in a controlled environment so that if I absolutely gotta cut something lefty, I don't accidentally stick/cut myself due to inexperience.
Like today - I got 6 packages at the post office and I opened 3 LH and 3 RH.
A lady wrapping a package said "Oh you're ambidextrous. That must come in handy."
I just smiled and said, "Yeah, it does. You need to get you one of these." and held up my BK11.
"It'd work a lot better than that nail file you're using." (She was actually trying to cut plastic sealing tape with her nail file.)
I let her use it to cut the tape and pointed out the bottle opener on the butt.
She said, "Damn, my husband would like that. Where do I get one?"
Okay, now I really gotta become a Kabar dealer.
