For those of you who have handled one of these at a show, you already know how great these are for making your edge so sharp that the "Air Will Bleed" when your knife passes through it . . . . . . . .

Here are a couple o' pics to wet your appetite. . . .

One side is treated with a Coarse hand burnished compound and the other side is treated with a Fine hand burnished compound.

The tension is adjustable so that it works just as well on a flat edge as it does on a convex edge.

The idea of an adjustable strop dates back to long before the 1800's and there have been many, many variations on the theme. There was a fella who made a hand-held adjustable strop back in the '80s with different materials that was very effective and served as the inspiration for this model.

Our adjustable strop is made with machined aluminum, vegetable tanned leather, and assorted American made hardware.

This bad boy works like a dream!!!

Stay tuned for a special offer on the Busse Combat "Air Bleeder" Leather Strop !!!

cool, i dont own a busse (would if i could, of course) but i've been looking to get a strop for a while.

Where's the other pic? I saw 2 views, responded, then POOF it was gone! Haven't even started drinking yet, but it looks like it's time for Mr Bourbon and ginger. Maybe Jerry got started early.

Looks cool and I won't have to lock my bedroom door to use it. LOL My horsehide barbers strop hangs on the inside of the bedroom door. Once stropping a SHSH my wife burst in. Getting bonked by the door was the least of my concerns. Very careful about making sure the door is locked now.

Yeah Buddy, lets hear the offer!
