Lamont: Enough of the attaboy's and nice blade. Truly beautiful looking Knife, I'll take one, could you mark her No. 1, for posterity! (and future profitability) If pay pal works send me a PM with shipping and insurance to infobound1@aol.com. Thanks John.

Thanks Guys! I really appreciate all the kind words.

One is sold to infobound 1. Still one left. I'll mark her just like you asked.

BTW, mysteriuosly, my Knifemaker membership changed to a Registered User Membership earlier tonight when I changed my email address on record. Still trying to work it out with spark. I AM a registered Knifemaker.

Thank You,
Lamont

Lamont: I just sent a paypal for $369. I think that it will cover insurance, would hate to loose out on the first one!! John.

Very nice. This may be your first posting, Lamont, but I have certainly heard of you. Welome aboard and keep up the good work.

looks like a nice user. makes me want to go out and chop stuff with that recurve. Sheath looks like real quality too. would like more sheath pics.

Welcome Lamont! That knife is smokin.

Lamont is a neighbor and a close friend of mine. For those of you who don't know him personally, he is a full time knifemaker with over 20 years experience. He is very popular on the Northeast knife show circuit. He is an artist and a gentleman. His knives are TOP NOTCH! Do not hesitate to do business with him.

I see you still have one available. It won't last long!
Good luck and welcome aboard!

Scott

Since everyone commented on the knife, I'll compliment you on the background. Used to have one of those M16's. Miss her alot.

Thanks to everyone for all the praise. Hopefully soon I'll have some stingray and cord wrapped tanto neck knives to post. For now I'm having too much fun checking out all the knives you other knifemakers are posting. Some really cool knives on here! Thanks to Scott for the kind words!

You aren't kidding! Here's a link to a few more pics of some of his knives:http://www.knivesby.com/coombs-knives.html

I've seen the two tacs he has for sale in this thread in person too. Good pics, but they still don't do the knives justice. They are amazing, and the sheaths really compliment the knives.

Lamont is great at symmetry and really bringing out the small details in his knives. His edge geometry is always spot on, as are his proportions in both weight and size. It a nutshell, his knives are pleasing to the eye and the hand, and cut like the dickens too!

hey good buddy I'm glad to see you are catching up to the 21st century :D

to bad you and Maureen can't make it to the H/I I'll miss the company on the ride down but I understand, she will have done a lot of driving by then.. you two have fun :D

hey if I think of it I'll throw that gun stock in the car and make an excuse to make the small detour over and drop it off on my way to the rent..
hey I've seen those knives haven't I:confused: ?
nice as usual

Hey Dan......21st century here I come! lol Yea, too bad I can't go, got my wires crossed on where it was gonna be and made plans way in advance. I'll be attending the next one tho for sure.
I think you have seen these tacticals at the last Marlboro show cuz I made them right before that, and that was the last show I did. I was at Mystic, but didn't set up.
Hey, no worries on that gun stock, I'll catch up to you at some point. If your coming by anyway tho, I'll always welcome a visit.
Have a good time at the H.I. and say howdie to everyone for me.
