Hey Folks,

I just wanted to take a quick minute and introduce myself. My name is Jonathan and I am the maker behind Jaeco Knives. I've been thinking about selling my knives on Blade Forums for quite some time and today I am finally pulling the trigger. I've been watching the forums for a while and there are some amazing knives being offered by some very talented makers.

I have a background as a conventional and cnc machinist and I decided to learn and start making knives in December 2014. It's been a quick learning curve and I owe that thanks to a lot of wonderful knife makers who have taught me a lot and have become my good friends.

I am primarily using 154cm stainless steel for my knives. For handle materials, my favorite is G10 followed by micarta and some stabilized wood. I like to contrast the handle materials with colored G10 liners to give it a nice look. I also like the acid/stonewashed look so expect to see a lot of that offered by me. I do all of my own kydex sheaths and they have a perfect fit with great retention. For clips I'm using Spyderco G-Clips.

Typically I am able to make 1-2 knives a week (I'm primarily a stay at home dad) and I hope to be able to offer those for sale here. Recently, my knives were picked up by a dealer, USA Made Blade. I'm really excited about that new chapter. I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and making some new friends as well!

Take a second to check out my webpage and visit/follow me on Instagram and Facebook.

Thanks for the intro Jonathan!! Some great makers here indeed!

I just took a look at the website at your offerings. Very impressive! You will fit right in. Especially enjoyed the blue pinstripe Kodiac!! That handle is beautiful--really pops!

Thanks! I'm hoping to make another one of those soon. I have some 1/8 AEB-L that it'd work great for.

I looked at your work when whitty posted them on the Esee forum. You make some badass knives.

Hello and welcome! I saw these go up on USA Made Blades, and I really like the "Scout" model in particular. Keep up the great work and you should do very well around these parts.

Thanks man! Started making another one today along with quite a few edc styles. It'll be a few weeks but I plan to post it up here for sale.

Thanks so much for the warm welcome everyone!
