investigator pen

Hello Hinderer Guru's,

I am looking for a new or used investigator pen! Where does one acquire one? Do you have one for me? Can you show me some pics with a 24, 18, and an extreme duty pen? How are the aluminum models vs the Ti models -

Please pipe in, need your input!

They're still pretty rare. You can keep an eye on the sale section. Try postin a WTB thread there and see if you get lucky. Also try pming Rob to see if they have any ready to go. I'll post a pic of mine with an XM18.

Here's the Ti Investigator pen along with the 3.5 XM18 I had in my pocket.

My extreme duty pen is in my locker at the station. I'm going back to work Weds night. I'll try to remember to bring it home or snap some pics of both while I'm working since I carry both on duty.

We haven't started shipping them. We've not been happy with the clip set up. So as we work on that, we will be shipping them with a key chain cap. Hopefully in the next month....I know, I know, I have said that before!

Rob. Has the clip design changed from the Investigator I have? I have had no problems with it. It's still super tight. I just made sure I bent it in a little more the day I got it. Been tight ever since.
