Using your phone to browse? Reboot it recently?

I tether my laptop to my cell phone and I had not rebooted recently.

My IP address gets blocked sometimes when using my phone data as well. Restarting your phone (maybe more than once) should get you a new IP address and solve the problem, at least temporarily.

Something to do with certain addresses being banned in the past I guess.
