Can someone please explain why my IP Address was blocked for a couple of days?
 
My IP address gets blocked sometimes when using my phone data as well. Restarting your phone (maybe more than once) should get you a new IP address and solve the problem, at least temporarily.

Something to do with certain addresses being banned in the past I guess.
