IP address issues

Last few months I have noticed that when I use my mobile data (away from my home internet which I use when there) on my phone, I am getting a message saying ''your ip address has been banned''.
This is odd, as I can log in to my profile here at home or work on the computer no problem.
Would someone be able to assist me with this, or point me in the right direction?

This only started happening a few months ago.

Thanks for any assistance.

Other members have had this issue. Restarting your phone so it can connect it to a new IP address seemed to have fixed the problem for most.
