IP banned?

Every few days or so with no rhyme or reason I'll get an alert when loading BF that my IP has been banned, signed in or not. This is from my mobile device when on 4G. I have tried clearing the cache cookies restarts etc. Later that day I have no problems. I'm confident this is a glitch but wonder am I doing something to encourage it?
I get my daily BF fix one way or another but just thought I'd share my experience after 5 or 6 times.
 
This issue comes up now and then- Just reboot your phone to try to get another IP address.
