Unlocked. Original owner. Bought new from T-mobile. Black color. Screen is in terrific condition. Had protector on it since day one. No box, but comes with charging port and a "silk" brand card holder case too.
Works pristinely. Small dents and scratches around the outside edges on bottom. Camera lens has a crack, but the camera works perfect no blemishes. Price for a quick sale.
