iPod & iTunes Junkie Thread!

Check out "the survival podcast" by Jack Spearco. Oh, and ipod touch is way better then nano in my opinion.

Does anyone know how to "email" a song or podcast to a friend using iTunes to recommend it or just share it?

Seems like there should be a "Recommend this song to a friend" feature.

You are correct, FullOfLead. The "leave-me-the-fu#$-aloneability" of the ipod truly rules. The crazy people on the street never bother you when you have your buds in your ears. Buds and a pair of dark sunglasses allows you to hear and see the world in a great amount of anonymity.

I'm telling you! YES! In DC you can't walk ANYWHERE without someone bothering you - asking you for money or handing you propaganda literature or something. I give a buck to a bum (ignoring the karma bomb and PC for a moment) on occasion but good lord are there sure a good LOT of them! Oh, and the freaks on the bus an train!

It's awesome to look at your feet and ignore people if you want!

There is. Just click on the arrow that appears when you have a song selected in iTunes. The arrow next to the song or album will take you to the iTunes page.

It will take you to the iTunes page and then you can click on the Tell a friend link in the upper right corner.

I love my Ipod Classic! It's an 80 giger, and I've used it to store my entire music collection and full resolution copies of all of my photos. (11568 songs for 28.7 days of audio and 6438 photos) I was able to get everything back off of it when my hard drive crashed. I listen to lots of short story podcasts, and several authors who release full books as podcasts. Check out podiobbooks.com . I like the authors Scott Sigler (SciFi/Horror) and Phil Rossi (Same genres). For short stories, I like escapepod (Scifi), pseudopod (horror), podcastle (fantasy), and the drabblecast (strange). Other good ones are Variant Frequencies and Well Told Tales.
