Hello to All, I am offering this cool little boot dagger. The ironwood on this one really makes the knife imho. I found an ironwood statue in the local Goodwill that had a leg broken off otherwise not sure if I could have cut it up. Who knows how long it sat on some ones mantle or end table etc. Some of the best looking non burl ironwood I have seen with great chatoyancy. Sorry for the lousy pics. Hope you like what you see.
Blade is of CPM154CM .141 thick and 3.655 in. from tip to guard. O/A is 7.75. Heat treated with cryo and double tempered to RC 60-61. Polished and hand finished to 2000 grit. Very Sharp.
Guard is 416 carefully soldered.
Handle is Fantastic Ironwood with carefully Carved African Blackwood spacers and thin red vulcanized fiber accents. This knife feels so fantastic in the hand. What a great desk knife it would make. Of course it would make a Great "Get off me" knife if need be as well.
Sheath is hand tooled and hand stitched 8-9 ounce leather with belt clip and the knife fits nice and snug yet is easy to withdraw.
Asking $465.00 shipped conus to your door. I accept paypal. Thank you all for having a look. Alan
