Alan, that dropped my jaw, I actually froze for a minute, looking at the first pic. I feel lucky to have a few of your knives, they are functional art.

Absolutely amazing!! I keep hoping for a 'budget" Alan Davis but after seeing examples like this I just need to find a way to save faster.

Your attention to all the little details is what makes your knives so special....

This one is beyond amazing craftsmanship!

Let's kick this one to the top. I don't like to post in sales threads until a knife is sold ... unless, of course, I am doing the buying. However, as I have already told you Alan .... this is one beautiful knife, into which you've put a lot of very nice touches (not to mention hours and hours of work!). The shape of this one would feel great in my large hands, but those large hands are attached to a 155 pound body. So, it might take up a little more pocket real estate than I am comfortable with. Anyway, could you add a few more details (for me and everyone else who loves this beauty). Specifically: 1) what is the weight; 2) what is the thickness (not including clip); 3) what is the closed width at the widest point (handle spine to blade spine); and finally 4) is this the first one you've done with hidden screws in the clip? And, are the screws through the liners or back spacer and liners. I keep weakening every passing moment this one goes unclaimed!!! You dun good ... as always!

weight- 4.6 oz.
thickness - .56"
handle to blade spine at widest - 1.5"
It is the first I have done the hidden screws in to a clip, I have done bolsters before. There are three screws through the .063 liners all set with Loctite.
