Hello to All, Here is a style I have been doing for about 12 years of the 15 I have been making knives. It is a very comfortable handle style in any size hand and has been one of my best sellers. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Blade is 154cm .142 thick and 3.375 from tip to guard. O/A is 7.5. I finished it with a 1200 brush finish after a mirror polish. The main, and swedge grinds are done with a 10 in. wheel. Plunge grinds are dead center and match pefectly. Tang is tapered and perfectly!! flat.

Bolsters are of Nickel silver and are pinned and soldered with total saturation of solder. Solder fillet is solid and uniform with NO!! pin holes.

Handle is of Real Ironwood burl and is secured with brass corby rivets and Lanyard hole. Also with thin red liners.

Sheath is custom made to fit and the knife goes into the sheath with a snap fit which is done with a little cam shape in the welt at the point of the guard. When the knife is put into the sheath, the guard slips over the cam and locks the knife into place with a snap. It is a technique that I got from a book from the Late and forever Great Bob loveless. I also use a piece of sole leather for the cam so it will last a lifetime.

Thank you
Alan

Price is SOLD plus $10.00 shipping. I can accept paypal.

Very, very nice Alan! As the owner of a couple of his knives, the only thing that matches his F&F is his honesty and CS! Bargain at this price! Check out his work in the Blade 2013 book as well as other makers on this fine forum!

Alan:

A sweet, clean knife at a very fair price. As an owner of one of Alan's knives, I can attest to the superb workmanship, fit and finish.
