It's hard to get photos of Ironwood to look like you can see with it in hand for sure. Your knife is beautiful with nice chatoyance, it's dificult to catch the iridescence and the visual depth of the grain in a photograph.

I guess Buck offered Burl wood handles in the past. I think I would like one and wondering why they aren’t still available. The shimmering beauty of woods with Chatoyance is a pleasure for sure.
