I made one similar and that's what I used it for Dan,
I skinned 3 whitetail and still shaved.

I just received my little ironwood burl, 'Pee Wee' from Eliot. What a nice, beautiful, little package.....throughout. From materials to F&F, including a beautifully lined sheath which went well beyond any of my expectations. Truly, this whole package is a 'step above', not to mention I love the ironwood Eliot used in this knife.

It should be mentioned that the entire transaction went smoothly, from start to finish, including record time in being delivered. The sheath was made within the sale and delivery date. I'd still be tryin' to thread the damn needle.

Incredible service and an incredible little slicer....what's not to like...?
