Is a factory blem worth it?

I looked at every site I could find that sells Zero Tolerance knives and kershaw guy was $10 less than the cheapest one I could find and he has free shipping on his knives. Also I paid for it on Monday morning and it was in my mailbox Tuesday morning no joke.
 
I've got a s60v Blur Blem I got for a steal at $30. It's possibly my favorite knife. The grind on one side is slightly wavy, affects nothing in terms of performance. Do it, you'll be happy you did.
 
Will Kershaw sharpen blems if you ship them the knife the way they will with a NIB warrantied knife?

My blem S30V Blur is clean... No obvious flaws for sure.
