Is BladeBinge a Scam?

BladeBinge’s “customer service” doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t respond to voice messages, and allows buyers to make offers and, when accepted by sellers, then cancel those offers. What kind of BS scam are they running over there? I advise against using that website.

I have purchased three knives from BladeBinge. All of the transaction have gone smoothly. no issues.

Fair enough. I’m hoping to get some seller feedback, too. My limited experience as a seller on that platform has not been positive. Feels similar to AirBnB, where CS is non-existent and the seller/renter bears ALL the risk.
 
I've bought and sold a decent amount on BladeBinge and elsewhere. The simple fact is, knife marketplaces (BladeBinge, Bladeforums, Reddit, etc.) don't usually have email or phone support.

If you want a quick response from their team, I recommend using the chat tool on their site. It looks like a little speech bubble with a smiley face and is located in the bottom right corner of the page.

I've always gotten a quick response from them during business hours when I've communicated with them that way - often within minutes.

BTW - their "offers" feature can be toggled off if you would prefer not to use it. It's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.
 
I’ve been dealing with Bladebinge for a couple of years. Great communication and no issues buying or selling.
 
Had a shipping issue on a Bladebinge order. Emailed their CS help, and got a full refund when a package was lost. No questions asked. Excellent experience.

If you have a connection to the company, time to out yourself, as I just banned a duplicate account connected to yours with the user name "Bladebinge Official". You cannot have multiple accounts here, nor can you shill for a product or service you have an interest in. (If that's the case.)
