Is Case's CV really that much better than tru sharp

Most of my Case users are Tru-sharp and only few are CV. When I get a new Case to try the pattern for EDC I always reprofile the edge to my liking, by hand, first on Al oxide then finishing on Arkansas stones. I get the trusharp sharp enough to shave arm hair which for me is good enough for a user. I use trusharp the most due to low maintenance. However, it is ridiculous how easily the cv sharpens to a much sharper edge so much faster. In fact, for a while I wasn't too sure I wanted to use my cv sodbuster jr because I was a little scared if it LOL. Based on the fact I sharpen both steels the same way, I have to give the nod to cv for initial sharpness. Also notice cv doesn't roll the edge over as easily. Still when I put a soddie jr in my pocket usually it's truesharp. Just my 2 cents worth of experience
